Sign-in, billing, plan changes, team seats, API keys, and cancellation. Pages assume you are already a SkyCanvass customer; start free access if you are not.
Sign in and authentication
Email + password and Google sign-in are supported on every plan. Two-factor authentication and Apple sign-in are on the roadmap.
Plan changes
Upgrade or downgrade between the Crew, Company, and Regional plans from Account → Billing. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Payment methods
Billing is not switched on during the beta — no credit card is required. The pricing page shows what plans will look like at launch; we will give existing accounts notice before billing starts.
Team seats
Every plan includes office seats (3 on Crew, 7 on Company, unlimited on Regional) with extras at a flat $25/user/mo. Field crews never need seats — they upload through QR work-order links with no login. Email support@skycanvass.com to set up seats for your team.
API keys
Generate, view, and revoke API keys from Account → API. Keys scope to your account. Delete a key any time — re-issue is unlimited.
Cancellation
Cancel from Account → Billing → Cancel plan. Your data stays accessible through the end of the billing cycle and exports to ZIP on request.
