In-app texting is being built now and is sold as in development — not live today. When it ships: bundled segment allowances per seat (500/mo on Company, 1,000/mo on Regional, optional add-on on Crew) with a $25 one-time activation per company, charged at texting go-live, not at signup.
The activation covers telecom brand and campaign registration (A2P 10DLC) — a one-time pass-through, the only setup fee anywhere on the platform.

Only office and sales logins. Field crews are unlimited and account-free on every tier — installers scan a work-order QR code and their photos land on the right job with no app and no login. No per-seat role fees — field crews free forever.
What happens when I use up a monthly allowance?
Overage always equals the everyday rate: $19 per storm report, $30 per measurement report, on every tier. There are no discounted bundles to pre-buy and no penalty rates.
Is there a free storm report?
Yes — every account gets 1 free storm report as a one-time sample, so you can see the real deliverable on a real address before paying for anything. It is a single sample per account, separate from the monthly allowances that come with each tier.
How do I try a measurement report?
