Until then, the short version of how we treat your information:

We collect only what we need to provide the service: your account details, the records you create, and the documents you upload. Your data belongs to you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we rely on to run SkyCanvass. You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and its data, at any time.

AI providers, mailboxes and recordings

To answer an AI request we send the text, document or audio involved to the provider serving it: Google (Gemini), Cerebras, Anthropic, Soniox (voice), OpenAI (transcription), or OpenRouter and the model it routes to.

If you connect Gmail or Outlook, we read your mail only when you open your inbox in SkyCanvass or sync a project’s email. We keep replies to emails you sent from a project, and any other message you add to a project. Disconnecting removes our access.

We measure product use with PostHog and do not record your screen.
